The MET has deeply increased by understanding of learning and technology. My perspective on how technology supports and influences our society has grown immensely, and the artifacts in this drop down menu are a sample of the growth in my understanding.
I found that the sentiments and ideas shared here by Sherry Turkle influential in helping me recognize that we need to be cognizant and critical of our technology use in order to leverage it to better ourselves and our world. We need to move beyond the idea of “I share, therefore I am” and really work to develop true connections and meaningful experiences.
