Building e-pedagogy in Higher Ed

As part of my work as an Instructional Designer, I get to coach faculty to help them develop their online teaching (and learning) skills. Over the 2020-2021 semesters, our team hosted sessions for instructors to learn new tech skills and new pegagogical skills to transform their understanding of what it means to teach students in a digitally-mediated space. One of our great hopes for our faculty was to see that connecting with students is still possible and just as vital when learning online, regardless of synchronicity.

Below is an example of a digital resource we created to help faculty with using technology to support interactive online learning environments.
