Using Bates’ 2014 SECTIONS framework, I assembled a proposal for my administrators to use Moodle and H5P in my current teaching context. I like the SECTIONS framework because it is a nice balance of detail. It is more in depth than the SAMR model in that it gets you thinking beyond just the learning activity and into the organizational context, but it is not as granular as the MIT CITE IIM framework, which has similar points, but can get a little cumbersome.
